PLAYERZ CHOICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY DECISIONS REGARDING TOURNAMENT RULES, FORMAT, ETC. FOR THE OVERALL GOOD OF THE EVENT. IN ALL CASES, THIS DECISION SHALL BE FINAL.​​

• Players may only play on one team in a division. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

• All teams must arrive at the tournament site with light and dark game jerseys. Teams must wear color-contrasting sweaters during games,

• All playerz are required to wear full protective gear in accordance with the USA Hockey rules for their specific age group.

• Minimum number of players on a team is 3; maximum is 7. Teams must have 3 players at the start of each game. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit.​

• Home Team starts with first possession of puck, then  Away Team starts with puck in the second half.

• Each half will be 15-minute run time. A 3-minute warm-up is allowed before the game, and half-time will be 2 minutes in length.

• After a goal, the opposing team will be rewarded the puck above the blue line. 

• Possession is obtained by all three players on a team touching up to the blue line. 

• Playerz are required to touch up each time the puck crosses the blue line, even if the puck has already entered the zone. If a goal is scored before all playerz have touched up it will be considered offsides and the goal does not count and the other team get possession of the puck.

• Goals scored from a shot behind the blue line do not count.

• Blatant penalties will be enforced. The opposing team will be rewarded a penalty shot. After the shot is taken, the puck remains in play. 

• Any serious (major penalty) infractions will result in ejection from the game with no replacement.

• Fighting is strictly prohibited. Any player that fights will be ejected from the tournament with no replacement.

• No body-checking is allowed during games. Any intentional, overt, or reckless body contact will result in a penalty.
